About "Heroes",What is Peter's mother's power?

I started wondering the same thing when I was explaining some of the characters to my friends who just started watching the show and I realized I didn't know what her power was. Also, Hiro's father's power was never revealed.

She has shown telepathic ability, stopping the cop from reading her mind and talking to Peter. But I'm not sure if that is her main ability. I think we'll soon see what the powers of all the originals are soon.

I heard somewhere that she has similar power to other Heroes character and "it only is much easier for her to come from point A to point B". This is what creators said. I don't know. Many people think that she can make people do what she wants but I don't think it is. The sentence I wrote before might suggest that maybe she can fly like Nathan but only if we read it literally. I think her power my be something unexpected. And dhe was shoplifting at the very begining of Heroes. Maybe she can teleport things. Sylar can move them whit his levitation skill and she simply teleports them... This is very unlikely, though xD

never seen that. but i heard it is a very good teleplay. i will go to see that soon. i think it is not a teleplay about hero, is it? something about war? about policeman ?

Peter's mother has probably the same power as Jean Grey in Xmen, that is telepathy. She probably has other mind powers too, because the Haitian who has mind power told Peter that she save him once.

This is just a guess but maybe she can see the future? In the early episodes Peter began seeing the future i.e. him flying with Nathan, and he gets his powers from the people he's around so maybe...

erm..i think she can let someone to flash back the memory? like peter,he lost his memory but his mother made him remember again~

I think it's something like brain control or telepathy

It might be something similar to that girl who convinced people to do what she tell
