i do yoga regularly.i wanna how many of u do yoga ?n what r the benefits of it ?does it help in medidation ?

I dont ..but they said Yoga is good. I want to try it though one time but i saw them twisting and everything just like Pilates both are good.

if u wanna do,i will strongly suggest u to do so.its nothing like twisting.its starts later on .once u start its just like the normal exercise.ans excercise is always gud for health.spending sometime on yoga is worthy.gud day

I love doing yoga!! I have several VHS tapes of yoga instructors. The one I like the best is Wai Lana. At the end of the routine there is soothing music that helps you to meditate for a few minutes. It is wonderful. She has such a wonderful soothing calm voice.

thanks for the response.its gud to hear that u do yoga everyday.it strengthens our body as well as mind.i have learnt many steps so do it myself only.however m too thinking ot buy some CDs

I haven't done yoga in a while. I love yoga though. It really strengthens the body and stretches the muscles. It can provide a lot of focus to hold the positions. Once you learn it and have a routine it becomes rhythmic which can be trance like.

thnks for the response.i too feel the same.so i do it regularly.it helps u to keep a control on ur mind as well,which is very important.just practising every day for 30mins helps u a lot.have a gud day
