blog in your website or in a blogsite?

Hi, I just started a new blog about health and medicine but want to start a new one about my other interests. I also want to set up a personal website and I have a lot of questions hope you can answer some of these. - I have a free account with freewebs can you put adsense in those? - Do you know of any free web sites as good as freewebs that allow you to put in adsense?
