A few months ago when the phone company offered unlimited long distants, I signed up for it...At that time I brought my long distant phone call bill down a lot...Cause not only do I like to stay in touch with my family I like to talk to my friends... I have a life long friend in Illinois and we could talk for a long time over the phone....She doessn't have a computer so we talk all the time....I call her every two weeks and we talk for three or four hours at a time... My long distant bill used to be over 40 dollars a month now it's down to 24 dollars a month I think this is one of the best services that the phone company desided to have. What do you think about it????

My cell phone has free long distance and after 7pm I have free unlimited minutes. I don't use it a whole lot because my parents are really the only people I call long distance (I'm an only child). However I got them a cell phone on my plan as well, and my Mom uses the free LD to call her sister in Missouri a few times a week. She really likes it because it cuts down the bill for their landline.

Hi nzinky, yes, I have unlimited long distance and I love it. My best friend lives in Florida and we can talk for hours too. I have the three way plan, phone, internet and cable tv. It works for me. I think it is great! And...all three services cost LESS than when I had the three individual bills for each service separately. Nice question, and welcome to myLot! Take care...

We have an unlimited plan as well..its definately needed for us because my husband has family all over the U.S and I have family and friends all over the world so going with the unlimited plan was definately the wise choice.

I used to have this service when I had a land line phone and I thought it was great! Saved me a lot of money. Now I only have a cell phone, and this service was not available for the cell.
