Is there any 1 thing you have to do before you die?

I was having dinner with an American friend of mine a few months ago, and out of the blue he asked "Is there any 1 thing you have to do before you die?" I couldn't think of much at the time, but recently a friend of mine died a month short of his 21st birthday, and it got me thinking about this question, and how you never know what is around the corner in life. I haven't really come up with a definate answer, but was wondering if any mylotters have 1 thing that they really want to do whilst alive???

I really want to go in a hot air balloon for a journey over a stunning looking landscape like over the pyramids of Egypt for example. I have seen trips offered in Kenya to see wild animals walking across the African Plain. I know an old man that is in very poor health. He is glad that he did this when he was younger. I am so so sorry to hear of your friend dying at just 20 years old. Have a happy life now for we never know what is going to happen next. We know the past, the present is often boring, but the future, who knows? Diving is something I am not sure I have the courage for but like skiing it is something I should try before I get much older.

the one thing i would like to do before i die apart from making sure my children were well provided for would be to take my children to disneyland. i always wanted to go to disneyland as a kid myself and i would have so much fun watching my kids having fun that it would be those great memories i would take with me to my grave

That's a really nice, realistic goal. I hope you get to take your children there someday. I went to the one in Paris when i was a kid and loved it, so i'm sure you and your children would too.

The one key thing I want to do before I die is locate my biological fathers grave..first I need to find out his name though which I am in the process of doing...Other than that there really isnt anything that I can think of..

I would really like to go to Ireland before I die. My grandfather is from Ireland so it has a lot to do with my past. I have studyied the Irish and have a great Uncle who lives in Dublin I'd like to visit. He has cancer so I hope I can get there before he passes away. I've also heard that the countryside there is beautiful.

hehe I can't image Guiness tasting good anywhere! Thats wonderful! My ancestory is english, scottish, and irish. I'd really like to go to england one day as well. Probably if I go to ireland I will visit london too. Actually I really want to go everywhere in the world but alas money will not permit.

Ireland is a really great country. I'm English but my family come from Ireland, so i have been there several times. Cork is a really good city to go to in the south of Ireland, and Kilkenny as well. I've never been to Dublin, but my Dad went a few months ago and said it was awesome. The people are so nice there as well, and th Guiness really does taste better in Ireland!

say I LOVE YOU to all your loved ones if you still haven't..
i learned that during our retreat..
