Is it good decision to make Kumble a new test captain?

Kumble is in the last phase of his test career. He has already stopped playing one dayers. He is excellant bowler but we must confess that he is a weak fielder. He is found only in the deep fielding areas almost all the times. In this situation is it a good decision to make him a new test captain? We have many young players who can take this responsibility. Why not to give this job to younger player?

First of all i wanna ask a question is there any other person ready for the captaincy job..?? Sachin,dravid and ganguly has said NO.... Dhoni is considered too young for this... So where to go..???? Well Last option left is ANil kumble.. Well he will be good as a captain.. becuz he is a bowler with bags of wicket and more than tht he is team man... And he will also understand wht the bowlers need... IN totality he will be good captain..

So, the selectors had no choice but to make Kumble a captain. He is experienced, he has lot of wickets to his credit...He is not the centre of any politics, He is very friendly with all the players..... Let us hope that he will bring success to Indian team.

He is a born fighter and he is very friendly with teammaters. He is not centre of any politics. If all the players perform well the captain will be very happy. It is upto kumble to make everyone do their job by encuraging them to perform well.
