what do you think about computer games?

To me the computer games are good for releasing tensions and stresses from work. With most games, they would take you out of this real world into the gaming world where you can be an explorer, a warrior, a tycoon and sometimes, even a God. It allows me to relax my mind for a few hours before I go to sleep and it works quite well.

i think it is waste of time because it will not good habbit they will be stay with computer whole life. which not good.
