Do you ever get ust to it!!!

I work for a Veterinary Hospital, I do billing but thru the day I need to go past the ER and the ICU, and I see some very sad things, I just started this job like two weeks ago, Do You get ust to that sort of thing????????????

I think one could really get used to it and harden oneself or else become emotionally drained. I guess it what most doctors do that they become emotionally detached. They could not afford the luxury of allowing themselves to be affected on a day to day basis or else they would end up sick themselves.

Yeah, you probably will, to some extent. It's like when I worked in the Retirement Community. There were all stages of old aged people. Try not to let it get to you...
