when you will find anthoer job?

Since most of us aren't a boss, we must work as a employee for some company,So ,perhaps you will complaint the salary,envirment,or people ....,
my question is ,when you will hunt anther job ,then quit the current position.

hi,i graduated from last year so little work experience..so i must be in this company till i learned some knowledge...sure,i am not satisfy salary now,but the interesting is that everyday i can communicate with so many foreigners ,,most of my customers from south american,middle east,

i think the import things aren't money, you have lot of time, you are still young.

i will find another job when i felt the old job is not promising enough. i mean here, there is no career gradation or valuing of work. then for certainly, i will look another job. usually i stayed about 1 year in my old job coz if less than that it seem that i m kind person who not survive enough with working place. anyway, i cant learn anything new better if i just stayed only for few months

i am not satisfied with my boss and my salary ,but i aslo know that it is very hard to find a good job ,so i will not change my job easily.
