Yes, papal is a free service for individuals to purchase items on websites such as eBay. But if you are receiving funds they will charge you a certain percentage. It's really not a lot and it is worth it if that is the only way the site pays.

Well excloud, You can purchase services or goods without spending your money. You can claim your balance through creadit or debit card. If you don't have credit card or debit card, you can just put the money into investments.

Paypal is an online payment system, they don't give you money although they use to give you $5 for signing up before ebay bought the company. Paypal is now a subsidiary company owned by the ebay corporation. It is free to sign up for the basic account but you have to pay for business accounts. I'm not sure if they have a minimum age limit, you'll have to check their site to see if you have to be at least 18 to sign up. When you have an account and want to withdraw funds, you can either have paypal send a check through the mail or give paypal access to a savings or checking account and have them directly deposit the money into your bank.
