Vegetarian Pizza

I love pizza, maybe a little too much. I order out most of the time from a local take-away but I used to love making them? The thing is I always seem to add the same topping, i'm a vegetarian and regularly add mushrooms, pepper and onions. Any other ideas that a vegetarian could have? By the way, I don't like sweetcorn, olives or pineapple on pizza.

Our local pizza place has an artichoke pizza. I have never tasted it. I don't ever remember tasting an artichoke in the past. I've never cooked with them. I have had an artichoke and garlic salsa and that was good. So, I'll bet that artichokes on a pizza would be a choice for you.
