Where's the best place you have ever gone on vacation?

I know everyone has gone somewhere one time or another. So feel free to share your favorite trip or vacation you've ever gone one. Where you went and what you did, give other people some tips if they should go or not.

The best place I have ever gone on vacation is Allahabad in India. You can see two rivers, the pale yellow Ganges and greenish Yamuna mixing together at this place. A zone is formed where the river mix together and water at this zone appears colourless!
