Toddler color scheme

We need help! My son will be 1 in a couple of months and I am trying to come up with the perfect color scheme for his room but I keep coming up with the same old blue or decked out in sports. For some reason its harder than when my girls hit that age. Please help and give me some ideas! The picture is a recent one of my boy.

Hello little_momma. I have two boys 3 and 5. I did there room in a space theme. I bought all kinds of space wall clings for the walls. I havent painted there room..its white. I will get to that soon. I was thinking of a darker blue color. Lets see you could do green walls and a jungle theme. Or Red walls and vehicle theme. Boys love cars and trucks and animals. Either would look nice. I found all my wall clings on ebay. They have a great assortment in all kinds. Maybe take a look and see what you can find. You never know you might see something interesting. Your boy is adorable by the way! Here is a picture of my boys. They are 3 and 5.

I love the jungle theme idea. we have some wall decals of animals because we did newborn noah's ark for his room when we brought him home from the hospital. LOL...I'm glad I'm not the only one who shops ebay for them :D I got my wall stickers from there too. Your boys are adorable. I hope they know how lucky they are to have a fashionable mommy! Thanks for the great ideas!

Your welcome. I was thinking last night you could do a darker green color on the bottom half the room and lighter blue on the top half to look like a jungle and the sky.

:D I did that for my girls when they turned 4 and 1....they shared a room and their b-days are october 29th and october 22nd. I gotta find something special just for him. Thanks for your help though.
