Just curious about what everyone thinks of the series..

I have a ton of questions.. I just read the entire series from the 1st to the 12th book. It was an insane journey and as everyone knows after such a journey you want to talk about it.. but finding anyone around here who has read all 12 books.. let alone all 12 in a row in a 2 week period is impossible.. so people may have read but forgotten most of the story. SO I would love to discuss anything on the subject. Even if you haven't read it all.. give me your thoughts.. I'm not ready for the journey to be over yet!

I know what you mean I just read Left Behind last month and i had to get Tribulation Force read that in one week and i just finished Nicolae. Can't wait to get the 4th book.Everytime I put one down I just have to get to other book soon, because you don't want the story to end it's that good so now I have someone to talk to about the books.I plan on reading them all also, so lets be friends. Its has me thinking more and more about the bible and if this did happen I would be left behind what about you.

I would of definitely been 'left behind' should the biblical end come into my vision for a future on this planet. However, I look at other atrocities to occur that have no biblical significance and if reading this journey can help anyone not make those same mistakes then writing it was well worth it for Jerry B Jenkins and Timothy B LaHaye ! sharing the light and happy new year, Miss Erica Hidvegi, the Enlightenment_Advisor, B.A. Psych/M.A. Transpersonal Studies- Cnslng/Author, Artist, Photographer, Entrepreneur & Freelance extraordinaire

After the first 12 books there were three prequels called The Rising and The Regime, and The Rapture which tell the story of Nicolae's birth and rise to power. After that there was called Kingdom Come that continues where book twelve leaves off. Tim Lahaye also has a series called Babylon Rising that is very good and is also about things that happen before the end. The books are Babylon Rising, The Secret on Ararat, The Europa Conspiracy and The Edge of Darkness.

I read most of those books some years ago when they first came out. They are purely fiction. The shame is that so many people believe that they are based on the bible. but they are not. For one thing the bible says that when Jesus returns he will be seen by every eye and that he will return with a great noise. The bible doesn't talk about a silent rapture or even there being 2 comings. There will not be a second change for any one that is waiting for it. Many of the thing that Tim Lahay writes about are taken out of context. I read the first four books but was not able to follow through after. I saw a commercial on TV about a show: "Left Behind: Worlds at War"... is it based on this book?
