Paid Survey is a discrimination to Online/Internet Community?

Most surveys seem just focus for American only.But as you know all American product sell through out the world.We also want to give some opinion to Producer, to consider non American Point of View also.But it's seem we was neglected. Give your opinion and may be our opinion will change this situation.
