Your Job: do you leave your work issues at work or do you...

Does your job seem to follow you home? - Seems like we say we can't wait till the clock strikes 5 and we will be able to go home and leave work..But do we really leave work..Our minds are they at home or on our work..We need to develop some relaxation methods..and silencing techniques to separate ourselves from the fast paced work mindset so that we can function better at home.

I had to bring a lot of work home when I was still at my last job. If not, I'd stay really late at the office. There were even times when I had to take my shower at the office the next day because I worked overnight. Other times I'd save work in my iPod (I actually bought an iPod that had a bigger memory to be able to save take-home work in it) so I could take it home for the night or for the weekend.

Oh yeah. Too bad my overtime hours weren't paid; otherwise I'd be quite rich now. Lol.

you should leave work at work. only because if you are streesed when you get home you can take it out on everyone. that wont be good because people lose trust in you then. That also makes you depressed because you will have it on your mind all the time.
