How to bypass the filtered websites in the offices networks

Hai all...In our office, our IT people are doing lot of changes everyday and filtering most of the websites using fortiguard. can you please guide me how to get rid of it to my PC. I observerd that these websites are enabled with user rights given as per grade level. Please tell how to open all websites without having high user rights...dont forget this process should not effect the system and i should cought........!!!!!!!!
