scary movies/ scary life

i dont watch any scary movies, i choose not to, but the other day i was watching the movie 'pearl harbour' - man talk about a scary movie! it is sad to see what happened in our history!
really, who needs a scary movie when you have real life like that?

You are correct..The scary part is it could be repeated!
Remember least we repeat..
I am interested in history as it pertained to my long gone relatives..
I have been amazed how somethings happen more then once..like the Jacobite Risings..It is so sad that the end was the same in both times only leading to harsher treatment the second time!

To be honest I have never seen Pearl Harbor, it has never appealed to me, although I loved watching Titanic and in a way that is scary because the tremendous, pointless loss of life due to the arrogancy that their ship WOULD NOT sink! Not enough lifeboats and crashing into an iceberg all that could be avoided. Mind you seeing Jack drown even gets tears running down my face and being bloke crying is not my forte! As for real scary movies, I love horror, the scarier the better, although one film scared the hell out of me and even gave me nightmares, Fly 2, ewww that was gut wrenchingly scary.
