How much do you think one should get paid to post on a forum.?

I have joined a few paid forums that paid fixed amount of money per post but sadly, mainly due to that, members abused it by posting non quality post and in the end they did not last long when the admin decided to run away and left the forum running while members were screaming for payment. I hope that my Lot would not be like that and I really like it here where those who worked hard would be rewarded accordingly.

I think it must not be a fixed amount.i feel mylot is really following a good method of pay out for which response posted by mylotters.only one thing i am worried about was the low payout that mylot gives even after posting a good response.but now in two-three days i have noticed that mylot has really increased the pay for each response posted.since i have not tried any other forum or discussion sites like this ,i am not quite sure about any other sites and so not in a position to compare mylot with other sites.but one thing i am sure and that is you must be really enjoying your stay in mylot.have a nice day friend and happy mylotting.
