Sugar and nothing but sugar!!!! Though it taste nice but it's bad. Real bad. And I am glad nowadays from where I come from they allow customers to replace their coke/ fizzy drink with green tea at McDonalds

Sugar, sugar, and more sugar. That's pretty much it. It is probably one of the worst things you can drink for your health. But it tastes sooo good!
