I am watching a 9 month old and a 3year old today. The baby is sick and having a bad day. He was so tired but didnt want to go to sleep. He cried no matter what I tried. Finally I gave him a bubba and layed him on the floor by me. I turned on some music real soft and he PASSED OUT COLD!! YEAH! I had to take a picture and show everyone how cute he is. Love the way he fell asleep like he just fell over LOL. Do your kids ever sleep in funny ways? I would love to hear.

That is a classic! My four year old hasn't just passd out like that, but he always ends up in weird positions in his bed. One night I went to check him before I went to be and he was upside down with his feet under his pillow. Another time he was side ways with his feet hanging off the end of the bed. A lot of times I when I check on him I have to pick him up and put his head back on the pillow and move him a bit as he is practically hanging out of his bed about to hit the floor, where I have on occasions found him, still sound alseep!!! What music was it that you put on? I might have to try it if it that good!!!

My 4 year old does stuff like that too! He also kicks his blanket off constantly so when he gets old he ends up with his knees tucked up under him and his little bottom sticking up in the air.

haha my 5 year old has done that since he was 2 - he sleeps all over the place and last night he wanted me to sleep with him so I did. But not moe than an hour or two later I was kicked in the stomach and pushed off the bed. He came into our room this morning and asked me why I didn't sleep with him in his bed and I said that he kicked me and I fell off the bed LOL he laughed and so did I.

haha I understand totally Foxyfire33 and maddysmommy, sounds like our kids all sleep in weird and wonderful ways! My son also has been known to sleep with his butt in the air with his kness tucked underneath him! My son has only just started sleeping all night without me in his bed, and I used to always get kicked and shoved as well, never fell out though!! lol Sorry but I laughed to when I read he kicked you out!!lol My son would have laughed at me too! lol Happy sleeping to your kids!!

Yes, what a beautiful baby and so chubby…just looking at the pix made me want to cuddle him. My son had a peculiar way of dozing off. He would be on his hands and knees with his posterior jutting out and would just doze off like that! Sometimes in his sleep too, he would automatically roll over on his stomach, fold his knees spread out his hands, rest his cheek on the pillow and lift his posterior in his peculiar posture. We would all laugh and even smooch him on there, but it was really funny. Now of course he gets embarrassed when we mention it to him.

Awwww....poor little guy just up and conked out! He's too cute. My son, who will be 15 in a couple of days, still falls asleep in weird positions. I've actually caught him asleep sitting up on the sofa, with the game controller still in his hands as if he was playing his game. It was too funny!

Aww what a sweetie! My little one has a tendency to fall asleep while he's eating. I think it's a habit he got into while he was still nursing exclusively and it has just carried over to when he's eating his "real food". I have a picture of my oldest son fast asleep, standing up leaning over the front of the couch. We were getting ready to go somewhere and so he had his coat and shoes onand just leaned on the couch and passed out. That's the one that also gave me a scare one night. I was working 2nd shift so his dad was in charge of bedtime. I got home at 1am and went to check on him and his sister except he wasn't in his crib (he was only 15 months old roughly) Apparently Daddy passed out before he did because after searching the house I found the little guy naked and curled up in my laundry basket...formerly clean clothes of course! Daddy didn't stay in charge for much longer after that!
