How to make Web Animations on Adobe Photoshop?

How do you make animations or GIFs on Adobe photoshop!!!??? If anyone could give me a step by step guide it would be much appreciated!!!

Ever make a "Flip book" in school? Much in the same fassion, individual pictures called "Layers" in Adobe, can be combined to produce an animated GIF. There are other programs you can you as well, not just adobe.
