Changing myLot avatar

I never change my avatar.It is perfect for me.But that's just me. Don't worry, all your friends will recognize your name and they will get used to your new avatar. That 's what happened to me with my other friends that changed their avatar.

I decided that i will only change my avatar if i see a picture that i really really like... so for 9 months now i've only had two... including the one that i am using now... No picture has caught my eyes yet... even that of my baby... i always ask my husband to send me pictures of scenery or anything that is like eye catchy... he did but i feel that none of those he sent me would suit me... Well, i am still searching...

I changed mine once to the one I have now. and this was made for me for another program I was in and I love it so it will stay the same.

Hey P2007, I got that response once when I did change my avatar & haven't changed it since so I'll probably keep mine for a while & if I did change it I'd start a discussion about my new avatar. +'s |:)

I changed it only once in the beginning. My current avatar is going on for many months. I do not feel like changing it ...reasons are ...many have appreciated it and liked it. Moreoever, keeping my present avatar helps my dear friends to identify me immediately, whenever they come on to mylot. My avatar draws them to take part in my discussions, comments and counter-comments.

I change mine every now and then. It is interesting to me when people change theirs. Your friends will still recognize you by your username. That is all that shows if they have their e-mail alert on for your topics.

Ya know, I dont think I have ever changed it since I put one up. Maybe I will change mine soon.

I've changed my avatar so many times that I've lost count! :P LOL I'm guessing I've changed it about 8 or 9 times since joining MyLot. My current one is the longest one I've had...I've had it up on here for 4 months now. I was relying on people to recognize me by my username in the past when I was changing my avatar so often. But I'm happy with my current avatar so people should be able to recognize me by both my username as well as my avatar. Though one day I may get that "itch" to want to change it again! LOL

Well,I don't change my avatar bcoz I feel if I change my avatar my friends may not recognise me.That's why I don't change but sometimes I feel like to change.

Hello Perry2007, I only changed it once. Both are the photo of my boy. Others might not recognize you when you change your avatar but when they see your username, they know who you are *smiles*

In my 4 months here at Mylot, I've changed my avatar, three times. But I think, I'm going to stick with my latest avatar for now. It does make it difficult to be recognized especially if some of those who are in my friends list, know me only by my current avatar. What if some of them don't even bother to be familiarized with my username? And besides, when I've changed to my latest avatar, there were more than a couple who positively commented on it.^_^ I always tell them that my little dancing yellow chick remind me of John Travolta in Pulp Fiction.
