when will peyups.com open to new users?

I've been visiting the site a lot after graduating. I never thought I'd be this hooked on its forums section. Unfortunately for me, the site closed registration for new users temporarily. It's been months and my visits are limited to just viewing posts. Oh how I wish that they'd open registration soon.

I never heard of peyups. What is it like? Is it just for students, or open for everybody? I will have to see what it is about.

It's a site intended for students and graduates of the University of the Philippines but I think many who aren't from UP will find the posts interesting too.

I think that there had been too many users of the site that's why you can't register there yet well there are times that they would allow new people to come in.
