How do you command respect from others?

I sincerely feel that if you respect others that you are going to receive respect back. Treating people with kindness and consideration leads to respect.

Bala! You know it is not an easy task. YOu need to build up brick by brick, you need to develop your relationship with others step by step for commanding respect from others. You have to respect them for gaining their confidence and respect them. You need to help them and prove them that you would be there for their assistance in their thick and thin. I try to do all the above mentioned things....for getting respect from others. For me, getting respect and regards from others is most important thing.

I believe that the best way to command respect is to first respect myself and also to respect others. People are going to take their cues on how to treat you, from the way that you value and treat yourself.

I want to earn respect.I am not working on it seperately.I am working on becoming a better person day by day and that itself will help me earn some respect from others.But I also fully believe in the fact that I must give respect to others(without any distinction of class,caste or creed) in order to get respect. Hi & Hello my friend Balasri. YES for sure everybody want to be respected in a good manner as a reward, at least. And always working on it and for the percentage of achievement on it, I cannot say on percentage basis but consider quite well as I always on teamwork building method of operation, monitoring and control.
