God's word in Joshua said that we should meditate on the word of the Lord day and night. along with meditating comes reading. which means, after reading, we meditate on their practical aspects or applications. i try to do that everyday, if possible twice a day. i feel that it strengthens my faith and helps me get through trying situations. how about you? :-) do you find inspiration in the bible? do you think that reading the bible is also an act of worship?

Ideally, it is good to read the Bible everyday. However for me, I find that quite a difficult thing to achieve since I'm always caught up in busyness all through the day and sometimes I just find it hard to set aside time to read the Bible. Perhaps I should start to think of ways to get myself less busy and to focus and meditate on God's Word...hmm....and by the way, I think the Bible is a very good source of inspiration and reading it is certainly an act of worship as well (it shows our decication to God).

hi gerard! why not grab the bible first thing when you wake up and before going to bed? it's nice to start and end the day with bible reading. yeah, we will have to make sacrifices--like waking up a little early to fit bible reading--but in the end, it will be all worth it.:-) God bless you friend!
