i was diagnosed with PCOS too last year. Fortunately, it was diagnosed a year after giving birth to my first child so getting pregnant is not my main reason as of the moment for finding cure for PCOS. but no, there's no cure for PCOS, what doctors is trying to do when they giving us medications, is to reverse or lessen the symptoms such as irregular cycle of menstruation. i've been searching all along about PCOS, and what i have read there are a lot of supplements that can help women with regard to ovulation such as taking vitex, chromium, vitamin B complex, omega 3 fish oil. try to search for supplements and vitamins for PCOS and you'll find stories of women who have success getting pregnant by simply taking those supplements.

My OB said it cannot be cured but can be manage..and just like the respondent up there told you..losing weight would help us treat it but not really cure it. I hope you get pregnant soon! Me and my husband have been trying too since last year and I do hope it would come soon! God bless you!
