Does anybody really know what time it is?

How do you perceive the passage of time? Einstien tells us the that time is relative. It passes at a different rate for some one, say, traveling close to the speed of light in a space craft, than it does for someone standing on the earth. Then of course most people agree that as you get older time seems to pass more quickly. What are your thoughts on the way we perceive time?
