Last time I used the on-screen keyboard was last night, when my grandma lost her wallet. I went online and setup an identity protection plan for her, using the on-screen keyboard to "type" everything into the form fields. I keep our machines locked down tight ( http://invincible-windows.blogspot.com/ ), making it almost impossible for malware to infect them, but I'm paranoid. Whenever I submit sensitive information over the Internet, I always do it with a GUI keyboard. And beforehand, I check McAfee and the BBB to make sure it's an honest company. ;)

PEREFECT ANSWER !!! THANX SANTUCCIE that was the answer which i was expecting n suggest people to use it when u r filling some forms where credit card numbers or other very important information is asked ! because the keystroke you pressed is recorded everytime in ur system...n if your system is infected den these infomation can directly reach attacker !! if u r using on screen keyboards den no keystrokes are recorded !! marked as Best answer !!

That is cool. Can you please tell me where can I get such a program? I hope it is free since there are times where I need to type in total darkness and since I am using more than one computers, the keyboard layouts are different among the three thus causing me difficulties when I have to type in the dark.

hi there manu_ghimire i dont use it much but when i did not have a keyboard and i did not have enougth money to buy another keyboard i used the on screen keyboard it is nice and handy to have but it takes awhile to do just how much typing you have to do. thanks for this discussion

Never, I find it to be pretty useless and long to use. It may be good for someone who is having keyboard problems but besides that it's useless to me.

generally i never use my on screen keyboard. i may use if some keys in my keyboard didnt work...
