What Are Some Of Your Traditions?

I have not lived in a real home in four years. I do not have any Thanksgiving traditions. So I would like to hear about some of your traditions and favorite recipes to remind me of home.

We don't have a lot of traditions for anything. But, I would have to say that the special holidays are a time of just being with the family. No computer those days!

My husband and I don't have any traditions for us yet. We go to our families houses for dinners every year and that's a tradition, but we are waiting to have our own traditions when we have children.

That's how they start. You go and have a kid and then you have to start traditions, LOL.

I grew up with a family of few oldies who practice so many traditions. Too many to follow that I keep on wondering what's the essence of it all. I do follow few which makes sense. But the rest, well sometimes out of respect to my oldies.
