Do you drink 8 ounces of water a day as recommended? Okay, well do you at least try? I have been trying lately. But I have to admit, it has not been easy. Most of the time, all my drinking is done at meal times. Then when I think to drink the 8/80z, I am trying to do it all at once at bedtime, which never works. I need to work out a schedule to spread them over the entire day. Maybe, an hour before or after each meal. Maybe, each time I take a my meds, I should drink a full 8oz glass. Some how, I have got to find time to drink more water throughout the day. Even if I have to write little notes to myself. How do you manage it?

I try too. I have 600ml bottles of water in the fridge all the time and I usually drink about 2 of these a day. I also drink tea and green tea and the occassional coffee. Between all these, I think I must come pretty close!

On a good day I might get half this much. Yikes, I would be going to the restroom 29 times a day if I drank 64 ounces of water. I have always wondered if we drink so much fluid, what is the normal number of times one should expect to have to go to the bathroom? I also drink 2 or 3 cups of coffee or tea. And I have also read about drinking 60 ounces of water is not good for you. What about tap water verses the fake spring water? So many questions and who has the truthful answers?

Although, I prefer the taste of bottled water. As far as health wise, I have heard that faucet water is just as good as any of the others.

I drink anywhere between 10-12 oz. of water a day. No illness makes me thirsty, but some medicine that I take to TREAT an illness make me extremely thirsty. I can never drink enough. So most of the time I always have water in my hand, no matter where I go. So I guess on the positive side I do get my water. The bad news is I have to drink even more because despite that, I'm currently dehydrated. My skin looks like an older person it's so dry!

I try to drink as much as water as possible everyday. But the amount of water one should drink is not fix for all but it depends on our body weights etc. Recently read that one of japanese cure of many ailments is by drinking 4X160mL as soon as we get up in the morning. So I'm trying that too.

Some days it can be so easy to drink a lot of water, other days it is so hard. I always feel better when I drink lots of water but when I'm at work it is so far to the kitchen that sometimes I just can't be bothered. at home I drink heaps of water.

I find it hard to drink 8 ounces of water everyday. When I exercise I drink about two small bottles at most and then may have a few more during the day. Because the air is so dry lately I have been having a bottle everynight before i go to bed.

Some days I do and some days I don't. I try to though. I always take water to work with me and I used to drink it at home as much as I could, but I've been slack on that. I use Crystal Lite at home, but I always forget to take it to work. Crystal Lite makes drinking water a little easier. You could even try the Kool-Aid water packets. They're good too.
