Gain weight

Any tips on food to gain weight?? My basketball coach wants me to gain some fat....

When I was younger I would make milkshakes alot. I put 1 or 2 raw eggs in them they tasted great and added weight. Also red meat and carbs would do better than junk food as they will also give you energy. Force

how to make those milkshakes that u mean??? did u make em with fruit or something??? I can't decide what i eat, my mom cooks for me so the meat....

ol force, no i mean i can't tell my mom to cook more red meat, she does prepare meat but not always red meet... the shakes without fruit??? just ice cream, milk and eggs?

Eat some healthy foods and not fat one. try to eat protein items and also eat meet at every week.

dring plenty of water and coconut.so some fat will be formed and its helpful for ur lever also.so drink coconut

Lots of milk, lots of olive oil virgin one, uncooked if possible, and try to eat honey instead of sugar. You have to have within meals some fruits and sometimes cakes etc.

Try to eat karbohidrat mixed with fat, for example in my country i'll eat cow meat combine with rice, that produce a lot of weight in a short time and also don;t forget, large size of ice tea with lot of Sugar poured on it :) Hope this helps

Eat three bigger meals a day instead of several smaller ones, to slow your metabolism. Also drink protein shakes.
