What do u when u r in mental pressure

Well, I just pray and keep my faith. Then I would spend some times with my family. They are my source of strength and I know that there is nothing that I cannot do when they are around. Then I would think of some possible solutions with my problem, if there is nothing I can do then I just wait for what will happen next.

i have a different approach towards life, people usually try to read books, watch television or chat to friends when they are in mental tension but what i usually o is i will try to figure out that what is the reason that is putting me under this condition and i will try to sought out the problem. i never sit idol things are always running in the background of my mind, and i always keep in thinking that how can i make things better. but still if there is something that i am not able to figure out despite of various tries than i would try to change my mood by thinking about my life, how can i upgrade my life and thats it problems run far away from me

i'll take a book and read. reading will ease my tension and will get me back into action. sometimes i used to go for a short walk alone and will try to figure out what is going wrong with me that gives mental pressure to me.

Yes, it's true. Everyone feels that their problem is the biggest one. Whenever I'm umder stress then inorder to cope the mental stress I just cry my heart out. It makes me feel relieved. So, that I can think better on resolving the problem. This is my idea of resolving the mental stress.
