where do you find these pictures to upload and where do you put them when you upload them?

Well you can upload one picture a day on the discussion topics, like, making money online etc. Food etc. You will get credited .01 for your effort. When you reach 500 posts like me;), you can start putting pics up in topics like this one, you earn more money that way. That's a golddigger if I ever saw one lol

but where do you find these pictures? I figured out how to upload personal pictures but where does everyone get the other pics?

Whenever you post discussions, there is a spot that says upload image. you upload it there. Then you get credit whenever someone uses that image, i think.

I've never heard of going to ask.com to get pictures. Aren't the pictures on ask copywrite pictures?
