First Kiss

My first giddy kiss occurred in the California Pepper Tree in our backyard when I was 7 or 8. We were so in love. We would sit up in the tree telling each other things like I love you more than I love my mother, more than cake, more than Christmas, etc. We were very inventive. Where was your first kiss? Do you remember it?

LOL More than cake...how cute!! My first kiss was from my sisters boyfriend Alan. I had such a crush on him, he was so cute!! I dont remember my age, maybe 8 or 9, and I would spend the night with them just about every weekend cos he would kiss my forehead goodnight. lol Ok so it wasnt a real kiss on the lips, but I was impressed and felt so special. lol How embarassing now though. Fun to remember! lol My first kiss on the lips was terrible! Jimmy Randall in the 7th grade......ARGH!! I didnt want him too, so Im not sure what he was thinking, but he kissed me really fast and hard. I just pushed him away and rubbed my mouth with the back of my hand. LMAO I think he must have thought since our friends were doing it, I would want to too...well I didnt. lol Bay Lay Gray xx

Hey Bayleigh! Where have you been? What's with everybody changing their avatars?? I had gotten used to your bloody fellow! I think in the original exchange with my little friend it was 'birthday cake'. When I was about 9 my mother had a boyfriend who was so handsome it made my knees weak. He was German and had a great accent, and he drove a convertible. I was in love! One day he came over and made a comment to me and reached down and rubbed my belly! I would have gladly given him my virginity, right there on the porch steps!

Alan worked with an aspiring rock band at the time, and not sure if you would know or not, but the band he was with did some traveling with "The Guess Who". They were sort of well known in our area, going to bigger cities to play. I think that was why I had such a crush on him too. He would take me to watch the band practice and stuff, I just felt so grown up. lol I guess sort of like you did, bu I dont think I would have went that far. lol Bay xx

Of course I'm familiar with the Guess Who! (Although maybe not so informed as to know the bands who traveled with them!) I have always had a soft spot for musicians, I don't even care if they were just buskers... it was enough to make me wet! I once had a girlfriend whose husband often toured with the Stones as a keyboardist. She sure had some tales to tell from those days!

Lol, this is great. I was in the 2nd grade, it was in some trees to the south east of the school, just barely in the school yard. Jolene Edmunds, she had just moved from a town about a half hour away. She cornered me out there I swear, girls still had cooties for crying out loud...But she grabbed my collar and balled her other fist and said, "Kiss me or I'll punch you"...I had no choice, my Mom would kill me if she found out I had hit a girl...So I did the lesser of two evils and kissed Jolene. Cheers.

Hahaha.... "in some trees to the south east of the school"... yep, you are definitely one of those walking compasses! Boy, I wonder if Jolene had a 'shotgun' wedding? (With her holding the shotgun!) So... was it better than punching her?

Well considering I was 8, I would have rather punched her. Then kiss, but I guess it was okay, I mean it was kissing after all, the issue is, Girls had cooties at that time, to bad it wasn't closer to 13, I could have got slapped for roaming then.

My first real kiss was on my senior trip to Walt Disney World in Orlando, FL. My parents had always been very strict and I was not allowed to date or anything in high school.

I waited almost another year before I did that and it was not with the same guy I got my first kiss from. Of course, I had had kisses on the cheek and held hands before that first REAL kiss. But, I don't think those were what you meant.

I never thought of this lately, and do you know what? I truly cannot remember either where it was or who participated. It must not have been very important in the greater scheme of things! I do remember the first time a guy tried to hold hands with me, though. He was such a dweeb. Instead of just doing it, he asked me if he could. I'm pretty sure I didn't let him kiss me, lol.

I wouldn't have even let him hold my hand if he was dumb enough to ask! I remember a male friend that had come with us on a trip to (hehehe) 'Santa's Village' when I was a kid. I had a crush on him and we were laying in the back of the station wagon. I had my eyes closed, maybe I was hoping he would kiss me, but instead he made fun of my 'wrinkly' eyelids! I was devastated.
