Do Americans love Chinese food?

I will go to America next year,I want to set up a Chinese restanrant,selling noodles,jiaozi,Chinese cakes and so on.Will it be possible?

I am not American but I guess you can start chinese restaurant there because American love Chinese food as it is healthier and delicious or yummy !

Yep. At least I do. I know in my town there are 5 chinese places. I dont see why your resturant wouldnt work. You have to be in a good area and have a nice attractive place with good food and good service.

Hope so~ then the next i go there, i can enjoy it~ Noodles are popular, jiaozi is typical. But i think you should first learn the concrete situation in where you will stay. Are there many chinese and if the chinese culture is popular?

Most of the Chinese restaurants in America are "American Chinese food". That means that they aren't authentic. They are some authentic Chinese food around, but not many. I love authentic Chinese food =]. They have a wonderful taste and they are cheap.
