Eat dogs or not?

Virtually, nobody eat dogs, but some people might eat dog meat. I don't eat dog; I eat hotdog. I mean, hotdog is the other name for sausage, not the real dog meat.

I am a Chinese, as you know. And I don't think most people eat dogs anyway. I don't eat it not because the foreigners' protest. I like dogs, so it's impossible for me to eat it. There are many nice meats in the world, why we have to eat dogs? Dogs are our best friends.

hi there jiangli that is so sick i would not eat my own cat or dog thats horrabile but i have seen on animal planet the people cook spiders and eat the legs of the spiders now thats sick but eating cats or dogs i could not do it you know dim sims are they from cat just wondering i have heard it is but i think it is only a joke. but it is wrong they are doing it but i do like rice with black bean sauce i love that i am from Australia thanks for this discussion

its stupid to eat dog! its our fellow earthling for gods sake! its a pal its a friend how else could you define a dog? a food? i dont think so?

It's true that in China some people eat dogs. I'm an chinese. Once I had a big dog but one day he went out and never came back. It's commen that people here kill the dogs and eat them. So terrible. So I will never let my dog go out by himself.

I don't actually agree in eating dogs... I love dogs, they are my best friends... but, I think we should stop eating them, we must love them not eat them, we have so many foods, why not choose them than dogs..??.. if we are going to put our selves into their shoes, and if our own kind will eat us? what do you feel???

I'd like to try dog myself. I had a friend who studied in China for a few months and he said he had some but it wasn't like a slab of meat he said it was little pieces in some type of aspic jelly and he couldn't get a good taste of it. Yeah some people have dogs as pets but it's still meat so why not dog?

As I think,dog is so beautiful,lovely,witty,and give people many helps,we should love them,shouldn't hurt them,even to eat them.we should love them like our children,friends and folks. The people who eat dog meat is badman,they don't have love and sympathy.If they can change position thinking,they will not be eating dog meat. so we must to prevent the people who eat dog meat.
