Hi my lot friends,Do you know ginger benefits in daily life? hope the following information will be benficial to you all. Use of ginger in daily food preparations reduces pain in joints and muscles.Use of fresh ginger reduces cholestrol levels and also helps in digestion, controlling sugar levels in the blood. Scientists are saying that gengerol in ginger gives protection from cancer.so try it and get the benefits of it.

I didn't know that eating ginger reduces pain in joints and muscles, reduce cholesterol levels, and some others as well. What I do know of is, that my doctor told me that ginger is good for those having the flu virus, colds, coughs, and the likes. I have always used ginger in some of our home cooking, and knowing its benefits give me more confidence to add it in our food. Thanks for the additional information!

Thanks for the information, I love ginger and now I will start using it even more. I love to cut up fresh ginger and boil it to make a tea. Have you tried that? They also say that ginger seems to thin the blood and that is good for treating heart disease. But it can interact with blood thinning medications. Overall, it is a very good herb, and it has a nice looking flower. Take care and thanks again for the info vsraovsr....

Hi vsraovsr. Good health tips - thanks for your providing the fruitful info on the usage of ginger. I enjoy it for my cooking as in my place ginger is on daily usage for our meal preparations related to rice intake. HAPPY DAPPY.
