hello!cyberweed(13)as desired by you, see below,i am giving tips for preparing both veg.salad and non-veg salad for four persons. take400gr.of potatoes, peeled and chopped simmer potatoes in boiling water for about 20 minutes or till just tender.drain well.add 15 gr.butter and a bunch of chopped coriender leaves o add salt to it.each serving:about40 calories,1gr protein,3gr carbohydrate, 2gr fat 2gr fibre and 5mg sodium. o nonveg salad: for5 persons.5 boiled potatoes,2 onions finely chopped, two red tomatoes finely chopped,two boiled eggs,quartered, 1 cucumber,peeled and cubed,100gr paneer,cubed and salt and pepper to taste. mix all salad ingredients together. each serving 380calories17gr protein,35gr carbohydrate,24gr fat,7gr fibre 85mg cholestrol,155mg sodium

I have two salads that I like. First is shrimp salad. With tiny shrimp. They come in a can. You boil some shell noodles. Drain and add 2 cans tiny shrimp, mayo, and shredded cheese. Its easy, cheap and good. I also like regular salads with lettuse, steak, french fries, mozzerella cheese, ranch dressing, onions. Its so good. Now I want a salad!!
