I would like to be a swan moving freely on the lake. It looks elegant and peaceful with its curve long white neck on the tranquil crystal surface. It seems to be so satisfied to have its cute and lovely cygnets accompanied it all along.

I think I am like a cat. A cat needs to be pleased:) A cat has its own character and it won't change because your attitude to it. A cat can be very cute but sometimes it can be mean, too.

Hi Ano, To identify myself with an animal... Well, I guess you would go by the characteristic of an animal, therefore I could see myself more like a mixture of a few different animals. However, I can identify myself with the horse (or more specific - the "fire horse") from the Chinese Horoscope. It describes me (and my life) pretty well, so I stick to it until I find something better or more convincing (so far I haven't found anything "better" in the past - ca. 15 years - since I found out "my sign"). I suggest, find out your animal-sign, read up what this Horoscope says about it (you) - (you don't have to believe in it, but it can have some entertaining value at least or can be interesting). After all, it is your way of thinking, which defines you and your future. By identifying yourself with an animal, you adapt its characteristics - we tend to focus only on the "good" things though... E.g. take the lion: very strong, king of the animals - ...must be good to identify with. But what about the lion's habit to kill the offspring of other lions, when they want to mate with a "new" female? So, it is not easy. Like I said, I stick to the Chinese Horoscope in this case. This knowledge (or tradition) is thousand of years old, not more or less meaningful than any other attempt to find one's "personal animal (totem). see this link to find out your animal, if you want to.If so, will you let me know your sign? http://www.rainfall.com.horoscop/chinese.htm ;-) Mike

Hi Ano, Thanks for the link, I had to check it out right away! And also thanks for sharing your "sign", isn't it good? - That -if you can identify you with something like this- you don't need to spend hours typing; if you want people to get to know you a bit better... Saves a lot of time, doesn't it? (I see it this way, because I'm really lazy!) Gives me more time to get to know other people lol Happy myloting 2 U 21 :-D I'll check your profile out one day, at the moment I'm very busy, but on holidays soon... *smile*

Rhino - A great and powerful animal
My totemic animal, which my clan regards very highly is a Rhinocerous-it is the epitom of strenght and we as a clan feel extremely great to associate with this animal

Hi Ano! I used to identify myself with a wolf, I liked their way of distributing the functions in their micro-society, similar to anarchism theory, and also I like their image, agressive but lovely, wild but sensitive... But this was some years ago. I have changed a little and I am somehow in the middle of a personal crisis, re-evaluating my values and target, so maybe I will have to change my "totem" or "anyoto" one of this days... lol
