When you buy any food in the store, nutrition facts are not complete. They don’t show minerals other than Calcium and Iron and Vitamins other than Vitamin A and vitamin C. We should learn more about our food and daily need. We also should now about anti-inflammatory factor in each food. I found great site with detail information about any food. They also have very good information on how much calories you need for your lifestyle and age. Some people think that they are starving, but maybe they are not. This site has also nutrition value for each chain restaurant. I can feel guilt free, my Carmel macchiato coffee from Starbucks has some calcium in it..lol In my search for ultimate food, I found good items for perfect health diet. Below is link to Red Peppers chart. When searching on this site, what was a big shock for you? http://www.nutritiondata.com/facts-C00001-01c20ki.html

A very big list there to look at what got me was the bad in most veggies and fruits was sugar never thought of veggies having sugar but the vitamins and other things in them are for the good of your body so I would think they out weighed the sugar part.

You don't have to think about sugar in fruits and veggie if you are not diabetic. Plus this is only sugar good for your body. In one can of coca cola is more sugar than in 10 pounds of bananas...

I have studied nutrition for quite some time and can say that I am quite aware of what foods provide different nutrients. Of course, there is always more to learn and the link you provide will prove very useful. :-)

I study nutrition for over 20 years, but I have always something to learn. Nutrition facts are very often false. Food pyramid was false for over 50 years. To make story short, I am working on my new publication...it is all about food impact on our life...
