What truly motivates you to make the "BIG" changes in your life? What does it take to take on that "BIG" commitment and not only think it but to complete the entire process? Give us a clue. We all need to learn. Thanks.

That happens on a lot of levels, as far as the family unit is concerned. People move mountains when it comes to some family obligations. Thanks for responding.

most of the time it's when situations get out of hand I can't stand it anymore. sometimes I allow things go too far but when they do I feel like ending them and that's when I make the move. It may not be big, but the result is undeniably satisfying. I've made big changes in my life several times. the first one was when I was in the university, ending up a love illusion. the second was to marry and move here. It was the best decision I've met, although I hesitated since I don't have anyone but my husband here and my English was average. the third time was to leave a job and start my own business. I loved all the jobs I had, but office politics is something I can never win. the fourth time was the best decision I made for my business, saving it from further mistakes I made because I was new. I saved my shop finances and ours. All of these decisions are necessities, for me and those I love. I'm sure if everyone knows what's best for them, they will make the changes, no matter small or big.
