Seen something so unbelievable/mind boggling/mysterious that you felt that no one would believe you if you told them? If so, what did you do with that experience? Hold it in? Write it down? Tell it anyways? Share one (or more) of your unbelievable experiences here. It's safe. It's myLot!

Oh. Well I once saw a bunch of birds turn into a woman. My friend and I were sitting on the dock and she threw something in the water and the birds thought it was food and swarmed us. so we ran off and turned back and no birds were anywhere to be seen, but there was a lady sitting in the seat that we were just at. Where did the birds go? and where did that lady come from? She was the bird lady.

Wow! That's pretty amazing! Did the woman look at you? Did she seem like a ghost or something similar? Tell me more!

well I'll admit I wasn't in a sober state of mind. it was also quite a few years ago. But the woman looked similar to the bird lady in Mary Poppins. I don't remember if she looked at us but she was real as anything. it was freaky.

I wouldn't answer that door! It might be your uncle's other arm. You know - the one with the Uzi attached to it!

I saw a spirit one time..I know it was a lady with a gown and she was very young and not with make up or anything and she stood at the foot of my bed ..the night before Easter..several years ago.. I hid under my covers..as I am afraid of ghosts..I looked out again ..she was still there.. I turned on the light she was gone. Since then ..I haven seen her..( I didnt know who she was) but often I feel someone pressing at my feet..I remember her then .. Maybe she came to tell me something..so I am praying she comes back and tells me now:)

Ohhh! Dear lilfran! This is something I can personally identify with! But I wasn't afraid of ghosts and I learned it was a good thing! There are what I (we?) call channels in life, one of them being what we all call ghosts. Whatever they really are, they are here. Nope, can't put my hands on them or have them come over and prove themselves to you or anyone, but the experiences are real while completely "sober", as in not under the influence of anything, not even being tired. I remember as a kid, seeing a ghost fly around the ceiling when mom, dad, sis and I were having dinner. No one said anything at first, but turns out we all saw the same thing at the same time with the same description. To this day, I still am the only one who believes in the extra-dimensional, yet all remember the experience. I have found there is a certain mental state required for being able to receive these channels. If you can remember how you felt just as this event was happening, not how you felt about it happening, if that makes sense, tune into that/those feeling(s). It was your being able to receive the channel of whatever this spirit was, was on. Be not afraid of your ability to see in other dimensions. It's a great thing to be able to do, even if it scares you somewhat. But stay away from weegee (sp?) boards. Seems they summon only the malicious spirits. Don't know why that is either, but that's all I've experienced with those who are versed in their use - and they aren't looking for malicious people when they do it. Anyways, thanks for sharing and I hope you find your channel again. It's very enlightening and often fun to experience things from the other dimensions!

My mom and I believe we saw my grandmother's (my mom's mother's) spirit. Shortly after my grandmother passed away in '91 my mom and I saw a shadow pass in the hallway of our apartment one evening, yet there was no one there, other than my mom and I and we were in the front area of the apartment away from the hallway. There was also a fragrance and a slight breeze (yet no fan was on) right after the shadow passed that smelled exactly like my grandmother's favorite after bath splash, Jean Nate. The smell lingered for several minutes after the shadow left. The only person I told of this experience is my husband. And yes, he believes me.

I've heard a few stories like this. And I have even experienced a presence with fragrance. But I never knew who was there. Makes me very curious as to what makes this happen. For you, it was a loved one. For me, I was somewhere where there was a someone that I could not see or otherwise connect to. Very interesting indeed.

What's this about Mylot being safe? Please explain(just kidding). Here is one of those unusual mind boggling things that happened to me. It was a Ouijas board experience when I was a kid. Me and a friend of mine asked the board to move a particular object across the room and about five minutes later, the object moved across the room landing about a foot away from us. Needless to say, we didn't play with it after that and we wore out the knees of our blue genes crawling out of the room. We were too scared to take the time to even stand up. We must have looked pretty funny when we slid down the stairs on our stomaches.

Funny how all the Ouijas board stories are so similar. My sister and I did a number of attempts at trying to make the board work for us. When we saw the planchette move by itself after my sister requested it to - and it wouldn't stop after we both told it to - it was the last time we ever messed with it. To this day I am reluctant to deal with one alone.
