Windows vista help i am so confused

Hello I have just recently bought a new laptop and I am trying to send files from my desktop to my laptop. Now I have the new Windows Vista and when I try to unzip some of my programs windows won't let me it does not give me and option of allowing. I don't know how to turn of the security blocking so i can unzip and install my programs can anyone help???????

Hello dear friend. I also use the windows vista.But unfortunately I can not help you.We tried to make decompression is logged as an administrator?

Can you try to explain you problem better, and maybe I can help. You can't unzip your programs you say? What error message do you get? There is no automatic security blocking that makes you incapable of unzipping, so I don't understand. Just to make sure, do you have winrar or similar installed?

sorry i took so long to respond but its fixed now well sort of I am thinking of going back to xp it was so much easier
