no i don't feel any different..because I have been taking vitamins for years and also food supplements...like fish oil, gralic, calcium, plus a lot of ther supplements...but it is just food for the body...nutrional value of good has gone down so much lately..that the food just does not offer enough of the key elements to nourish the body...

I take Vitamin E and Fish Oil but I don't take them every day, I am trying to eat better but I think having these a couple of times a week helps just in case I am not getting enough in the food that I have.

Well, I asked my doctor if he thought I should be taking vitamins at my age, and really he didn't give me a straight answer! He said it was up to me to take them if I wanted to,then he said I didn't have to! He said it was up to me! So I really don't know!

I have taken only three types of vitamin tablets--Vitamin A (Cod liver oil tablets), B Plex Forte, and Vitamin C. Vitamin A is for my eyes--I have poor eye sight. It helps sometimes. I take B Plex Forte when I have painful sores in my mouth and also when I feel weak. It really helps. Vitamin C is when I feel a cold coming on. It prevents me from sneezing my head off for three to four days. I do not know of any more vitamin tablets.
