Do you get involved in Negative Discussions

I am asking because I posted back to a couple of people who I felt really harshly judged the poster,normally I don't. I am not big on confrontation online or at home but I felt that this poor women needed some one to stick up for her. what about you do you get involved or just move on if you feel someone is being picked on or harshly judged in a post?

If I have something to say in a good way, then I would get involved. But if ever the discussions are meant just to lure members for their enjoyment in bashing at one another, then I would certainly avoid it and move on. Also, in case I see someone calling names and ganging on one person just because they don't agree with one another, then that's the time where you can hit the report button (!) which is located on the right side of the post along with the (+) and (-) buttons used for rating.
Don't be shy to use it, sincce that exclamation point is put for the purpose of reporting abusive members of this site and cheaters.

I try not to get involved but have been criticized by a posters friends to the point where I seldom visit mylot any more. I state on my profile page what I write is my opinion and you are free to take it or not. it is just an opinion not written in stone and I have been known to be wrong on several occasions. But this experience is not leaving a good taste in my mouth, and all I can do is a few posts a week.
