Does anyone drink vitamin water? My daughter gave me a bottle and I have been drinking it ever since.
There is several flavors and it is according to what vitamins you want. I myself like it better than just plain water and I am getting vitamins as well. I have tried several flavors but the one I like the most is Defense. It is raspberry-apple and has c&zinc in it.

Hello bfarrier.
I ever heard about it before but I never try it because at my place(shops around my house) there is no such kind of water. But I know the advantages. I will try to find it to try the Defense flavor. Maybe I need it as a low vitamin girl.lol!

I've tried it because I thought it would be cool to get my vitamins while I'm drinking water but I just don't like it much. I would rather drink my regular bottled water. To me the flavored water taste like water down Kool-Aid or as if it has an artifical sugar like diet.
