Thanksgiving traditions?

Do you have any Thanksgiving traditions, aside from the turkey dinner, that your family does? We eat dinner, then get together with my extended family for desert. It is a lot of fun, but very hectic, since I have such a big family. That is why we don't all eat dinner together. It would be chaos. What other traditions does your family have?

I have absolutely no Thanksgiving traditions, as there is no such thing as Thanksgiving in my country.

my family is scattered to the four winds now. i like the idea of being aware of the traditions and still contact everyone to wish them well but my immediate family will always have a say in what we do. we're going to the L.A. auto show and spend the day in venice beach. next year we might just go to six flags and and have cotton candy for thanksgiving. The original premise for thanksgiving was, after all, a celebration for what we have and sharing what we do with our friends and neighbors.
