I know we, the Pearl Jam traveling public, are a pretty fanatic bunch. I've seen Pearl Jam 22 times between 96-06. My first show was 9/28/96 at Randall's Island. It rained, it poured, and we rocked. My only complaint was that I had to go to 21 more! I'd say my favorite show is 10/3/05 in Philly at the Wachovia Center. Not only a fantastic show and setlist, but my wife caught a harmonica from Ed during the first song with opening band Sleater-Kinney. Just a total show kinda deal. If I had to ever complain about a show, I guess it'd be 10/6/04 in Asheville, NC. Ed was sick at the show and it was cut short. We saw the intended setlist, after the fact, and damn did we miss out!

I ENVY YOU! I've seen Pearl Jam only 2 times because i'm from a small island (Madeira, Portugal) and every time I saw them I had to travel by plane. the first time was extra special because of the surprise effect. I did not expect the concert had so much magic

I've been lucky enough to see Pearl Jam 5 times live. I saw them back to back nights in 2003 in Irvine. Then I saw them three times in 2006. Actually I saw them three times in the span of one week! I saw them first in Vegas, then I saw them in Los Angeles, and a few days after that I saw them in Hollywood at a private show. That was amazing. It was in a tiny venue (The Music Box if anyone knows what that is you'd know how amazingly small a place that is to see Pearl Jam!) & it was for radio contest winners only. It was great. But I think the best show I've seen with them was the one in Los Angeles at the Forum in 2006. Amazing show, amazing crowd, great setlist, & the perfect venue for Pearl Jam. The worst show I saw might've been Vegas. Ed was sick for that show as well (so I know the feeling colorblind!) & he kept apologizing for his voice but frankly I thought he sounded really good considering he was sick!
