new treatment to stop the symptoms of SLE

i am an SLE patient. right now i am taking a antimalarial(plaquenil) treatment as well as aspirin to control my symptoms. but these treatment are not enough for now. anyone out there who could give me some advices on how to control the flares of SLE

Besides what you mention,glucocorticoid ,MTX,CTX maybe help.But they all have serious side effects.So you must take them as your doctor tell you.You know,SLE is a chronic and stubborn disease,normative and personal treatments are needed.So do not take medecine according to your fancy or others' advices.Go to the doctor.
some advices for daily life:Do have enough rest. avoid sunlinght.Try our best not to catch a cold.do not eat fungus which can evoke your immunication.
